- You have five chances to download each e-class after purchasing and there is an expiry date. This information is available to you once you’ve paid and ready to download, thus we are not responsible for technical issues on your side.
- E-Classes meet all technical requirements for easy downloading and it is up to you, the purchaser, to insure the proper downloading and installation to your personal computer or any personal electronic device. Uptown Sewing is not responsible for any technical problems that occur during or after printing or downloading any files from our website or e-classes to your own computer or any personal electronic device.

Pay Pal does not disclose any personal information to a seller thus the seller-Uptown Sewing is not responsible for the security of your personal information including but not limited to credit card or account information.
